My sisters are very distinct in their styles. Although there are differences, and they often get frustrated with each other, they are the best of friends. Abbey, who is a bit softer and leans more towards pink, as seen by the wall in her room. Issey's room is much darker, with blue paint on her walls, but it is still a light pastel shade of blue. Both are different, and yet they take influence from each other. I wanted to capture the essence of how they are different, yet ultimately the same. My goal was to maintain a consistent feel for the photos by showcasing the similarities between the posters and comic book panel walls, and make the images stand out by emphasizing the various colors of their rooms.
